9 000 btu for rooms 12 to 16 square meters

12 000 btu for rooms 16 to 25 square meters

18 000 btu for rooms 25 to 36 square meters

24 000 btu for rooms 36 to 48 square meters.

It has both cooling and heating functions.

Rooms that have lots of people occupying it or a lot of sun exposure, might need to have a bigger unit installed

This airconditioner is complete and comes with a 3 meter piping kit.

Unit comes with a 3 year guarantee if we do the installation and you commit to a service contract. Should you only buy the airconditioner from us and have somebody else install it, we will no longer carry the guarantee. Installation price charged is strictly for a back to back installation and a electrical point needs to be installed within 1 meter from the condensor by a qualified electrician as per regulations of electrical installations. Should the installation not be a back to back installation, we will need to come to site first to establish what needs to be done and give you a quotation accordingly. Installation cost is only for ground floor installations, and should scaffolding be required, the hiring of it will be for the customers account.

We only do installations in the Gauteng area.

All new installations by us comes with a COC for the aircon installed (not electrical COC).
